Therapy That Fosters Growth, Healing, And Connection
I became a therapist because of my own personal struggles, existential reflections, and a deep curiosity about the human mind. I’ve always been drawn to understanding the “why” behind human behavior and emotions. My overwhelming empathy often feels like a calling—I can’t ignore the pain I see in others. Throughout my life, I’ve felt a deep need to heal not only myself but my children, my clients, and everyone I encounter.
My work as a therapist allows me to transform my empathy into action, holding space for others to feel seen and understood. Through therapy, I explore root causes and help others navigate their pain, just as I’ve navigated my own. Being a therapist is more than a profession for me; it’s a way to foster healing, connection, and meaning in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming and impersonal.
My Counseling Philosophy
My counseling philosophy is rooted in awareness, accountability, and alignment with one’s true purpose. Healing begins with understanding patterns and emotions without judgment, which fosters self-discovery. With awareness comes accountability—owning choices and embracing growth allows us to align with who we want to be. This mirrors my philosophy that life is a journey of curiosity, healing, and connection. Through empathy and evidence-based tools, I guide clients to navigate pain, rediscover strengths, and become stronger, more capable versions of themselves.
I strive to foster mutual respect and genuine exploration in every session. I see each client as a unique puzzle, showing up fully committed to actual healing. Together, we build awareness to become unstuck, use accountability to regain control, and move beyond blame. By connecting body and mind, we uncover triggers and create meaningful change. My approach empowers clients to evolve and align with their authentic selves, blending insight with practical tools for lasting transformation.
My Practice
My specialties include working with high-achieving, perfectionistic millennials and mid-life individuals navigating challenges such as emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship and self-worth challenges. I also focus on life transitions, identity exploration, and narcissistic abuse recovery. I was inspired to pursue these areas through my own struggles with self-discovery and emotional healing, as well as a deep curiosity about the human mind. Witnessing the resilience in others and a desire to foster meaningful growth drives my passion.
My practice is a compassionate, collaborative space where you are guided to reconnect with yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and align with your true desires. To ensure the effects of therapy are long-lasting, I emphasize the importance of integrating the mind and body. Using somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I empower clients to move through triggers, process stored emotions, and develop healthier, more sustainable patterns.
My work is deeply trauma-informed, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs—whether you’re navigating identity shifts, career transitions, or relationship changes. Together, we will explore the underlying causes of your struggles and work toward creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing happens when we attune to the wisdom of our bodies, create space for emotional exploration, and align our actions with our core values. I provide tools, insights, and a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can grow into your most authentic self.
What makes me unique is my honesty, relatability, and ability to connect with people on a deeply authentic level. I approach l my work openly and transparently, creating a safe space where others feel truly seen and understood. My personal experiences—both struggles and triumphs—allow me to empathize without judgment and offer guidance from a place of genuine understanding. I’m not afraid to be real, and that honesty enables me to inspire trust, growth, and meaningful change in those around me.
You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone—this is a space for meaningful transformation.
A Little More About Me
I strive to maximize my mental health through holistic approaches, such as nutrition, movement, cold therapy, acupuncture, meditation, and kundalini yoga. These practices help keep me grounded and fulfilled. My husband and children mean everything to me, and I deeply value time spent with loved ones. I thrive in beautiful, soothing environments that inspire peace and creativity.
